Since 1996, the dynamic Leadership Marshall program, an initiative of the Tennessee Department of Economic Development under the Three Star Community Certification, has been flourishing under the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. Spearheaded by the passionate and dedicated Lynda Potts, this program is not just an opportunity – it's a transformative experience!

The Learning Odyssey Embark on an 8-month journey, dedicating one nine-hour session per month to various themes, including:
- Orientation Day
- History Day
- Health Services Day
- City and County Government Days
- State Government Day
- Education Day
- Industry Day
And, of course, cap it all off with a celebratory three-hour graduation luncheon!
Beyond the Classroom Leadership in action! You're encouraged to actively participate in at least four community events, ranging from City Council meetings to local theatre productions. Your member notebook, received on day one, is your treasure trove of opportunities.
Collective Impact From launching Junior Leadership Marshall to reviving historical sites and enhancing community facilities, every class leaves a lasting mark through group projects. Your creativity and drive can contribute to meaningful community enhancements!
