STAFF & BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Marshall County Chamber is governed under the direction of the Board of Directors. Nominated annually, board members are appointed according to bylaws and serve a one- to three-year term.

Executive Director

A Marshall County native, Tracy grew up in Chapel Hill, later returning to Lewisburg in 2007 to raise her three sons. She is now Mimi to four grandchildren — her favorite role.

She opened Marshall Trading Company in 2019 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia State in 2020, later earning a Media Studies degree from MTSU. Tracy serves on the boards of the City of Lewisburg Community Development Board, the Marshall County Cancer Foundation and is Chair for the Marshall County Prevention Coalition. Tracy is a proud 2024-2025 Leadership Marshall graduate. She most recently became a Lewisburg Rotarian, placing Service Above Self.

Tracy joined the Chamber in November 2024 as a part -time office assistant while also working at The Marshall County Post, where she loved her work as a news writer. She became full-time executive director in May 2025, driven by her passion for people and her belief that strong relationships build strong communities.

With warmth, optimism, and a heart for service, Tracy is dedicated to helping move Marshall County forward.

Office Assistant

Pam is a dedicated professional who retired in 2023 from a fulfilling career with the City of Lewisburg, where she excelled as the City Recorder, Human Resource Representative and Assistant Office Mgr. With an extensive background, Pam’s journey includes an impressive 23-year tenure as a Human Resource Generalist II with Calsonic/Kansei North America, formally known as Kantus Corporation here in Lewisburg. She also served 4 years as office manager for Grover Collins Real Estate & Auction.

Pam’s commitment to her community extends beyond her professional endeavors. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Marshall. For a decade she served as the Co-Chair for the City of Lewisburg’s vibrant Goats, Music and More Festival, which was named as one of the top 20 Festivals in the Southeast Region, leaving an ingrained mark on Marshall County’s local culture and entertainment.

Happily, rooted in Lewisburg, Pam shares her life with her husband Sheldon of 42 years. Their family is a source of joy, consisting of two wonderful sons, Brett (Bryana) and Matthew as well as two cherished grandchildren. A true advocate for quality family time, Pam relishes moments spent with her loved ones, creating cherished memories.

Away from the hustle of daily life, Pam finds solace in the lap of nature. Beach and Mountain vacations are a favorite escape. Her passion extends to the animal kingdom, with special affinity for her beloved dog, Beau (Yellow Lab).

Pam embodies a life rich with accomplishments, connections, and a genuine passion for serving others. She is excited about her opportunity to serve as the assistant to the Chambers Executive Director and looks forward to the good works ahead and making new connections and friends along the way.
